Andrea was born and raised in Miami, but her family is native to Honduras. She has worked in Orthodontics for more than a decade and she truly loves what she does! One of her favorite things about Orthodontics is watching patients’ smiles and confidence transform throughout the process. She has a beautiful daughter who is her driving force. When Andrea is not at work, she enjoys trying new recipes, traveling and working out.
Treatment Coordinator
Jenny was born and raised in Miami, but her family is originally from Cuba. As a treatment coordinator, her primary goal is to understand each patient’s individual needs, concerns, and goals, to help them navigate complexities of their
treatment plan. She truly enjoys
witnessing patients smiles transform and watching them grow confidence overtime. Apart from work, she loves going to the beach, spending time with family or friends, experiencing new places, and going shopping.
Clinical Team Lead
Daniela is originally from Medellín, Colombia, and moved to Miami in October 2024. She has over eight years of experience in the healthcare field, having worked as an ENT assistant, where she developed a strong passion for helping others. Daniela’s caring nature and dedication to patient well-being have shaped her professional journey. Outside of work, she enjoys music, cooking, and photography. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her family, always looking for new places to explore.
Clinical Assistant
Paula’s family is from Venezuela, and she grew up in Miami. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, majoring in Biology as she works toward her goal of becoming a dentist. She is passionate about patient care and loves creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone she meets. Outside of work, Paula enjoys teaching dance, working with kids, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Clinical Assistant
Natalia recently graduated from FIU with her degree in Biology and is currently studying for the DAT as she prepares to pursue a career in orthodontics. She comes from a Cuban and Spanish family and values the culture and traditions that shaped her. In her free time, Natalia enjoys dancing, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be part of this community and looks forward to getting to know everyone in the office
Operations Manager
Jonathan Ricci was born and raised in South Florida and is proud of his Argentinian roots and picky, yet exquisite taste buds. He graduated with his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Florida International University in 2013. He has been working in retail management for Target for over 10 years, and has been nationally recognized as one of the top store directors in the country, winning various awards. Jonathan is excited to bring a unique perspective rooted in exceptional customer care/service to Ricci Orthodontic Studio.
